Ultra-Luxury Cruise Line

Regent Seven Seas

The most all-inclusive luxury at sea, with unlimited shore excursions written into every fare.

The line

The most all-inclusive way to sail

Regent Seven Seas calls itself the most all-inclusive luxury cruise line, and the claim holds up. A single fare covers all-suite accommodations, roundtrip airfare, unlimited shore excursions in every port, fine wines and spirits, specialty dining, gratuities, transfers and unlimited wifi. You settle in once and the extras stop being decisions.

The line was formed in 1992 from the merger of Radisson Cruises and Seven Seas Cruises, and since 2014 it has been part of Miami-based Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, alongside Oceania Cruises and Norwegian. The ships are mid-size by luxury standards, spacious and quietly grand, and they sail a genuinely global map that includes an annual around-the-world voyage.

In a word

No line writes more into the fare than Regent, right down to unlimited excursions in every port you visit.

A Regent Seven Seas suite with sitting area and veranda

All-suite ships, most with a private balcony

Every accommodation on Regent is a suite, and nearly all of them open onto a private balcony. The newest ships, Seven Seas Explorer, Splendor and Grandeur, lead the Explorer class and carry around 750 guests, while the earlier Mariner, Voyager and Navigator remain intimate and richly finished after full refurbishments.

The line is known for pushing the ceiling of what a suite can be. The Regent Suite aboard Seven Seas Explorer is one of the most lavish spaces afloat. In late 2026 Seven Seas Prestige joins the fleet as the first all-new class in a decade, expanding the top of the range further still.

Included, from your excursions to your table

The hallmark of a Regent fare is the unlimited shore excursions. You can join a different guided tour in every port at no added cost, which changes how you plan a voyage and how much of a destination you actually see. Roundtrip air and, for higher suites, a pre-cruise hotel night are included as well.

Onboard, specialty restaurants such as Prime 7, Chartreuse and the Italian-inspired Sette Mari carry no cover charge, and fine wines and spirits pour freely across the ship. Service is polished but warm, with a high crew-to-guest ratio that keeps everything personal.

A truly global map, and a world cruise

Regent sails all seven continents, from the Mediterranean and Northern Europe to Asia, Alaska, Australia, South America and Africa. Each winter the line runs a marquee around-the-world voyage that sells out far in advance.

With unlimited excursions in the fare, the destination is genuinely the point on Regent. We help you match the right ship, suite category and season to the itinerary you have in mind, and time your booking to the best available value.

Many Regent Seven Seas itineraries touch southern Italy, a natural cue to add an Amalfi Coast cooking week on land.

Frequently asked questions

What is Regent Seven Seas known for?

Regent is known as the most all-inclusive luxury cruise line. Its fares fold in all-suite accommodations, roundtrip air, unlimited shore excursions in every port, specialty dining, fine wines and spirits, gratuities, transfers and wifi, so almost nothing is extra once you are aboard.

Who owns Regent Seven Seas Cruises?

Regent has been part of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings since 2014. The holding company, based in Miami, also owns Oceania Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line, with Regent sitting at the luxury top of that portfolio.

How many ships does Regent Seven Seas have?

Regent operates six ships in 2026: Seven Seas Explorer, Splendor, Grandeur, Mariner, Voyager and Navigator. Seven Seas Prestige is set to debut in late 2026 as the line’s first all-new ship class in a decade.

Are shore excursions really included on Regent?

Yes. Unlimited shore excursions are the signature Regent inclusion. You can join a choice of guided tours in each port at no additional cost, which is unusual even among luxury lines and one of the main reasons guests choose Regent.

Is airfare included with a Regent cruise?

Roundtrip airfare is included in Regent fares on most voyages, along with airport transfers. Guests in higher suite categories also receive a pre-cruise hotel night. The exact inclusions vary by voyage, which is something we confirm for you before you book.

What is the dress code on Regent Seven Seas?

Regent is elegant but not stuffy. Days are casual, and evenings are elegant casual, with a small number of optional formal nights on longer voyages. We can tell you what to expect for your specific itinerary.

Who is Regent Seven Seas best for?

Regent suits travelers who want inclusive, spacious luxury and value seeing a lot ashore. Because excursions, air and dining are already handled, it appeals to guests who prefer to plan once and then simply enjoy the voyage.

How much does a Regent cruise cost?

Fares vary widely by ship, suite category, season and voyage length, and because so much is included the headline number is not comparable to a mainstream cruise fare. Rather than quote a misleading range, we price your specific voyage and secure the best available CDV value. Request a complimentary quote and we will lay out the real numbers.
